<p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Pui inabusit cu varza de Bruxelles</strong></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Ingrediente</strong>: 3-4 bucati de pui, 1/2 kg varza de Bruxelles, 2 morcovi, o telina mica, ulei de masline, sos de soia.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Preparare</strong>: Verzele se curata de frunzele exterioare, daca acestea sunt palite, se clatesc cu apa rece, apoi se fierb 10 minute in apa cu sare. Se scurg si se lasa deoparte. (Varza de Bruxelles corect preparata trebuie sa-si pastreze gustul dulceag caracteristic; daca se fierbe prea mult, acesta devine amaruie).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Bucatile de pui (bine spalate si eventual depeliate) se prajesc intr-o tigaie incapatoare, in putin ulei de masline, pana se rumenesc pe ambele parti. Se scot apoi pe o farfurie si se pipereaza usor.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">In acest timp se curata morcovii si telina, se taie fasii subtiri, apoi se calesc in uleiul ramas 2-3 minute, amastecand. Se adauga doua trei linguri de sos se soia si cateva linguri de apa, apoi tigaia se acopera si zarzavaturile se lasa sa se caleasca la foc mic, aproximativ 10 minute, amestecand din cand in cand usor, pentru ca zarzavaturile sa nu se prinda de tigaie.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Cand zarzavaturile s-au inmuiat, se adauga bucatile de pui, varza de Bruxelles si se amesteca usor.  Se acopera tigaia si se mai lasa la foc mic cateva minute. Daca mancarea nu este suficient de sarata, se mai adauga sos de soia, dupa gust; daca este prea sarata, se scurge sosul, se adauga putina apa si se lasa in continuare sa fiarba pana aceasta se evapora aproape complet.</p>
