			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:justify;">Nu voi spune prea multe despre aceasta reteta, decat ca se prepara in 10 minute si dureaza inca 30 pana se rumeneste in cuptor, fiind deci o optiune mai mult decat binevenita pentru cinele luate in fuga&#8230; mai mult de atat, reteta e atat de flexibila, incat nu e nevoie decat sa faci putina curatenie in frigider si sa folosesti toate ramasitele de branza si mezeluri gasite pe rafturi&#8230; ocazie cu care te scapi si de alimentele statute din frigider. <img src='http://www.jocurban.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Ingrediente:</strong> 3-4 cartofi, putina branza si/sau cascaval, putin unt, cateva felii de mezeluri,  folie de aluminiu si, optional, putina smantana si/sau pasta de rosii.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Cum se face:</strong> cartofii se curata de coaja si se taie usor in felii de 0,5cm, avand grija ca in partea de jos sa ramana netaiati. Mezelurile si branzeturile se taie felii subtiri, apoi se introduc alternativ intre feliile de cartofi. In una-doua taieturi se introduce si putin unt, dar daca folositi un salam mai gras, nu mai e nevoie de alta grasime. Dupa umplere, cartofii vor arata cam asa:</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><img class="size-full wp-image-1434 aligncenter" title="cartofi-evantai-umpluti" src="http://jocurban.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/cartofi-evantai-umpluti.jpg" alt="cartofi-evantai-umpluti" width="370" height="265" />Fiecare cartof se inveleste in folie de aluminiu si se aseaza intr-o tava, apoi se lasa la cuptor, la foc mediu, circa 30 de minute. Pentru a verifica daca s-au copt, se scoate u cartof pe o farfurie, se desface un capat de folie si se inteapa cu furculita. Atentie la desfacerea foliei, aburii din interior sunt foarte fierbinti!</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><img class="size-full wp-image-1435 aligncenter" title="cartofi-evantai-infoliati" src="http://jocurban.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/cartofi-evantai-infoliati.jpg" alt="cartofi-evantai-infoliati" width="370" height="281" />Cand sunt gata, cartofii se aseaza pe o farfurie si se lasa cateva minute sa se racoresca, apoi se desface folia cu grija, pentru a nu se sfarama cartoful din interior. La final, cartofii se pot stropi cu putina smantana sau pasta de rosii, insa si cu muraturi sunt la fel de gustosi!</p>
